What is &3 Foods?

We are a prepared meal and delivery company who specialize in meeting dietary needs, restrictions, food sensitivities, allergies, and any other health-related diets such as AIP and Paleo, and many more.

 

Where is &3 Foods located?

Our kitchen is located in Springhill, TN. However we feed clients from Springhill to downtown Nashville, and from Bellevue to Nolensville. So we cover a wide range. 

 

Why the name &3?

When we started, we were mostly preparing plant-based meals. I'm from Arizona, and when I moved to Nashville I was very confused about the “meat and three” concept, because I’m a vegetarian. So we thought it would be cute to do a play-on-words by nixing the meat, and keeping the “&3”. But as we have grown, the name has morphed into our subtitle, “We make your dinner as easy as 1, 2, &3.”

 

How do I order?

Our menus change weekly, with new menus coming out every Wednesday morning. You can place your order online at and3foods.com from Wednesday to Saturday at midnight (ordering deadline).

 

How much is the delivery fee? Do you also have pickup locations?

The delivery fee is $5 and we currently have 3 pickup locations and are always looking for more. Our pickup locations are:

  1. Berry Farms Farmers Market - Tuesdays from 4-7 PM
  2. Springhill Fitness Center - Tuesdays from 9:30 AM- 7:00 PM
  3. The &3 Foods kitchen Spring Hill - Tuesdays from 8-9 AM

 

When is the ordering deadline and when are deliveries?

Our menus change weekly, with new menus coming out every Wednesday morning. You can place your order online at and3foods.com from Wednesday to Saturday at midnight (ordering deadline is Saturday at midnight). Deliveries are Tuesdays and we also have pickup locations (see question 5 for details).

 

How long will meals last in my fridge?

We always say to eat fish and salads within the first 3 days. Everything else should last at least 5-6 days in the fridge. And all of our meals, except salads, can be frozen for up to 8 weeks.

 

Can I freeze meals?

All of our meals, except salads, can be frozen for up to 8 weeks.

 

How do I reheat meals?

Our meals come in reheat-able aluminum containers. Heating instructions are usually specified to each meal (usually found on the label). If your meal does not have a label, heat it at 375 degrees for 10-12 min or until the center is heated to 135 degrees.

 

What dietary modifications do you offer?

We offer gluten free (GF), dairy free (DF), low-carb (LC), W30, autoimmune protocol (AIP), vegan/vegetarian/pescatarian, and paleo. If you have other heath related dietary restrictions, contact us at info@and3foods.com to see if we can help heal your body through food.

 

What if I have crazy-weird food allergies/sensitivities, such as (broccoli?). Can you make “me-specific” changes?

Yes we can! Email us at info@and3foods.com with your specific dietary needs/ restrictions/ requirements and Chef Megan will contact you to discuss your personal needs to see how we can work with you.

 

What if I don’t like my meal?

If your meal is incorrect due to dietary requirements, please feel free to contact us at info@and3foods.com and Chef Megan will reach out to you with a refund code on your account. Our food rarely receives less than 5 star reviews, but if something is wrong, please contact us.  Reaching out to us helps us reassess and improve our meals to serve you better.

 

What are your delivery zones?

Our kitchen is located in Springhill, TN, however we feed clients from Springhill to downtown Nashville, and Bellevue to Nolensville.

 

Do I need to be home to receive my order? What time will my order arrive?

No, you don't need to be home to receive your order. If you won’t be home, we ask that you please leave a large, hard-sided ice chest or cooler with frozen icepacks in a designated location. We also offer garage fridge deliveries, and deliver to most office buildings in the area.

Delivery times vary depending on specific location and overall volume of orders. An email will be sent to you Sunday or Monday with your specific delivery location/time for the following day.

 

Are there pickup locations if I don’t want to pay the delivery fee?

We currently have 3 pickup locations and are always looking for more. Our pickup locations are:

Help, I missed the ordering deadline!! Can I sneak in and order on Sunday…?!?!?!

We cannot guarantee late orders; however, feel free to email Chef Megan at info@and3foods.com, leave your order, and if we have the capacity and manpower to accept your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
